Before I begin... There will be NO Patriots/Ravens match-up this season.

I guess I could use a break from my utter annoyance with Tom Brady and company...

I may be able to revitalize some friendships in light of this "break"....

When Marlon Brown and I got to chat; (late in the convo) I couldn't help but share my disappointment with that Week 16 Pats game.

Three back to back division games to open the season is pretty shocking.

If our season starts anything like last year... We're in trouble!

No need to dwell on that nonsense.

2 seasons ago, we opened against the Bengals.

 DESTROYED them & went on to win the Super Bowl !

Wondering what Downtown LA looked like yesterday? There were patches of red & blue everywhere. Honestly I'm surprised. When I first moved here, you'd be lucky if you saw anything other than pools of purple and gold.

The Clippers have a LA fan base? Really? Since when?

Oh that's right! They're winning & the Lakers became the unthinkable...

I can't talk Clippers and not mention Blake Griffin's attire this past weekend. Although the Clipps couldn't open with a win, Blake opened the playoffs with much style.

This Club Monaco meets Tom Ford look may not put points on the board but he certainly scored points with me!

Great win for the Clippers in Game 2. Who's taking this series? I have my pick!

Fan Torture

Multi-billion dollar TV providers can't seem to come to an agreement regarding profits from Dodger game airtime. 

Cable providers decline to air the highly anticipated Dodgers channel operated by Time Warner.

Where does this leave the die hard fans?

Classic case of forget about the little people; they can wait.

Dodger fans are outraged and began to boycott because they can't live without their Dodgers.

While this is probably good for ticket sales, there's still a large number of fans who are missing games.

My deepest condolences to Dodger Nation...

I couldn't imagine not being able to watch my Ravens play. I promise there would be hell to pay!

But this isn't about me, it's about Dodger Nation. Sorry guys, what a bummer!

49ers are hot on the off-season drama list with Colin Kaepernick and Aldon Smith.

Aldon Smith was flying through LAX and asked to participate in a random additional security check and he wasn't too happy. 

Story seems pretty normal until, he began being “belligerent” sources say. He went on to say he has a bomb in his possession.

We all know what happens next...

He was released on a $20k bail and if convicted he can face 1 year behind bars.

Honestly, this has been a pretty rough week for me. I'm going through a breakup... I got to thinking...

I'm living the life of a free agent.

There's talk about your release before you are actually released. No security, no stability, you have no idea what your future holds. Your organization takes some time and space to weigh their future with or without you.

You just wait...

To actually be released. To be picked up by another team so you can continue the dream. I'm sure Desean Jackson love or loved the Eagles, and Brandon Spikes loves the Patriots; okay maybe not.
